Moroccan Lemon Herb Roasted Chickpeas
This is a fast, easy and healthy way to get your salty 'chip' fix on any budget!
1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
Moroccan Lemon Herb Seasoning
Drain can of garbanzo beans. Line a baking sheet with foil and then a layer of paper towel. Dump the can of drained beans on the paper towel. Using another piece, gently pat and roll the chickpeas around until they are dry. Discard the paper towel. Drizzle oil over the chickpeas and move them around to coat them evenly. Sprinkle with approximately 2 - 3 tsp of Moroccan Lemon Herb Seasoning, tossing them gently to coat evenly. Roast at 450 for about 20-25 minutes or until crisp, stirring every few minutes. Sprinkle with additional salt (optional) and serve immediately.
