Herb Crusted Savory Pork Tenderloin
2 lb boneless pork tenderloin with fat *
2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesean cheese
3 Tbsp Savory Winter Herb Seasoning
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 425 °F.
1. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, Savory Winter Herb Seasoning and Oil.
2. Place the pork loin on a rack in a roasting pan and with your fingers, massage the mixture onto the pork loin, covering all of the meat and fat.
3. Roast for 25-30 minutes, depending on the weight of the pork. If crust starts to brown too quickly, loosely place foil over top of tenderloin. When the internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F, remove pork from the oven. Allow it to sit for about 5-10 minutes before carving. It will continue to cook while it rests..
